Worked with major tenant during their lease renewal negotiation to enhance basebuild cycle facilities in order to align the 10 year building with recent Best in Class offerings.

Implemented significant improvements, including full demolition and re-design of shared tenant changing/shower facilities. New designs for dedicated main tenant showers and cycle parking facilities (including Gender Neutral facilities). Introduction of a new dedicated cycle entrance for main tenant. Increased cycle parking spaces, and the addition of electrical car charging bays. Implemented BREEAM In-Use for major plant and service aspects.
