KKS developed a strategic brief to test-fit a short list of buildings, selecting Park House.
BBH took c.20,000 sqft on Level 2, sub-letting the remaining 4,000 sqft of the floorplate to accommodate future expansion.

Park House allowed BBH to co-locate staff on one floorplate and the infrastructure to support expansion of trading. A large atrium provides clear sight lines from lift lobby and reception through to the working area. The trading zone is located in a central, showcase position with support staff close to traders. The building’s classical features allowed for prestigious client meeting rooms overlooking the green space of Finsbury Circus, a dining room, multifunction suite (seminars for 80) and boardroom.

We look at space from your perspective, how you use it and what you want from it. We believe it’s the way to create spaces that make life, and work, a little easier. It’s the foundation of everything we do, the focus of our research, our practice ethos, and our unique approach to real estate strategy, design and architecture: holistic, integrated, collaborative.

For the meeting suite, a contrasting pallette of dark and light finishes produced a crisp, elegant aesthetic. KKS gave prominence to the staff vend area by locating it on the opposite side of the atrium to the reception, providing a relaxed social and informal meeting space resembling a City cafe.
