KKS has worked with the UK’s largest hedge fund since their start-up and first office space in Mayfair. Following a period of rapid expansion the company retained KKS to advise on relocation to a landmark office and in 2009, on a new HQ interior with a strong, cohesive design.
In 2014, KKS were engaged again, this time to provide a new workplace strategy, and refresh the interiors.
This involved upgrading the trading floor and reception areas with a design concept that according to brief would offer the look and feel of a five star boutique hotel.
