MJ Hudson was growing and expanding rapidly and along with an upcoming lease break, Matthew Hudson wanted to redefine his position within the financial and legal industry. A new office programme was aligned with his IPO listing.
Through strategic analysis of growth, plans, brand alignment, sustainability and well-being concerns, we were part of a team providing due diligence and site selection, culminating in the design and delivery of the new HQ.
Working alongside the Mercers as landlord, we were part of the team to integrate and refurbish three listed townhouses resulting in one contiguous workspace and prominence at 1-3 Frederick’s Place, EC2. Following the base build refurbishment, we also provided full-service CAT A and CAT B interior architecture, design, FF&E, and delivery of 16,000 sq ft for 160 people over six floors.
