Vedder Price, a US legal firm with offices in New York, Washington and Chicago first established a London presence in 2011. They quickly outgrew their serviced offices and needed to invest in their own space. KKS initially advised Vedder Price on a new location that would incorporate projected growth.
A short walk from the existing location, 4 Coleman Street, was selected, a well-presented space in a professional neighbourhood, projecting the right image, with useful transport links and amenities. The firm took a Design and Build approach to their new office interior, but wished to continue their relationship with KKS in collaboration with Bluu.
KKS understanding of Vedder Price culture and business needs, and our familiarity with the building, ensured a highly efficient space plan, and a fit out budget delivered to maximum impact. US partners in Chicago were kept up to date and informed of concepts appropriate to a boutique law firm in London through video link. The result was elegant, understated interiors.
